We are always honored when couples, young or old, decide to share this special time in their lives with us. Here is a review from Tripadvisor from a couple that spent their wedding anniversary at our B&B last year:

“This was our second visit to 5 Ojo. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We got married in the parlor of 5 Ojo and stayed in the Wedgwood room on our wedding night and stayed in the same room this trip. Richard & Jan were very pleasant and made us feel right at home. The room was beautiful and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. It gave us a chance to meet the other guests as well. Loved having a coffee maker in the room along with a variety of coffees plus snacks, pop & water. Richard & Jan were also very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit while we were there. Will definitely stay there again. Can’t wait.”

Give a little, get a lot

June 12th, 2011

How can you indulge in a little pampering and at the same time do something to help others? We have a suggestion, and a request. From July 18, 2011 to August 31, 2011, book two midweek nights (Sunday to Thursday) at 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast and only pay for one night. The catch? We ask that you also write a check for at least $35 to our local non-profit free health clinic.

The ‘Bed and Breakfast Inns of Eureka Springs’, of which 5 Ojo Inn B&B is a member, is supporting ECHO with this special deal. ECHO is a free medical clinic here in Eureka Springs for uninsured, low income individuals. It is staffed and supported by the local community who all work for free and has been featured on the Oprah show as well as on ABC.

This is a great way to get some pampering for yourself and help others at the same time. Remember to book early as there is limited availability.

Bed and Breakfasts in Eureka Springs Thank our Vets

September 14th, 2010

5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast belongs to an alliance of B&Bs in Eureka Springs. This year we got together and decided to thank our military veterans by offering a free nights stay for active and retired military personnel for Veterans day.

Here’s the press release that was sent out……

EUREKA SPRINGS, AR (July 23, 2010) – Members of The Alliance of Better Bed and Breakfasts of Eureka Springs, Arkansas are providing free rooms on Wednesday, November 10, in observance of Veterans Day, November 11, to honor servicemen and women currently serving or who have previously served their country. The program was started in 2009 and this year has expanded to include over 30 states, a Canadian province and more than 150 Inns.

Reservations need to be made directly with the participating Inns and B&Bs. “We wanted to show our gratitude to the courageous men and women in our armed forces. They have given so much of themselves that we wanted to give them a night away to relax without any worries” said Richard Grinnell. A valid Military or VA ID will be required for each reservation. Go to relaxeureka.com to see more information about the inns participating.

Each Bed and Breakfast is making at least one room available on the night of Wednesday, November 10, 2010 (only) to active and retired military personnel. Availability is limited, so Inns may not have a specific room listed for the promotion and once the available rooms are booked, the B&B may not be able to provide another free room.

The Alliance of Better Bed and Breakfasts is a select group of Eureka Springs’ best bed and breakfasts committed to providing the highest level of quality and value. Each bed and breakfast is chosen carefully to ensure it upholds the promise of providing guests a unique and memorable experience filled with the utmost in hospitality.
